LIMITED WARRANTY
Eleganza sells first choice Ceramic and Porcelain tiles only. All of our tiles are manufactured according to ISO Standards, and meet or exceed these requirements. If our tile is proven to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace the tile, free of charge. And, if we don’t have the same material, we will replace them with the comparable material as determined by us. Labor charges are excluded from this warranty. Buyer understands that all tiles are subject to variations in technical specifications, including coefficient of friction due to the inherent variables in the raw materials and production process. Buyer must determine slip resistance suitability for any material use.
Eleganza makes no warranty as to the suitability of its tile for a particular installation. Eleganza does not warrant that its tiles will not scratch, chip or show signs of wear. Eleganza makes no warranty or representations, either express, implied or constructive. Eleganza and its Dealer & Distributor must be notified of any claims or defects immediately, but in any case, not later than 1 year after the goods have been delivered by Eleganza. This notification must be in writing or sent by certified mail. Claims concerning shade, appearance, caliber, finish or obvious defects in first choice production must be communicated before the tile is installed. No claims will be accepted for tile already installed or for defects in other than first choice material.
This limited warranty shall constitute the full extent of Eleganza’s liability and is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Please note: despite every effort to accurately depict each ceramic tile product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in computer monitors. Final color selection should be made from actual tiles and trim. Shade variation is an inherent part of all tile production.
Water marks and imperfections found in our concrete inspired looks are part of their inherent beauty and part of the artistic interpretation of weathered concrete. Each piece varies from the next and some marks may be more apparent than others.
CRYSTAL STONE 2.0 WARRANTY
Eleganza Tiles warrants that Crystal Stone 2.0 will be free from defect for a period of ten-years after the date of purchase. Defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform to Eleganza Tiles specifications as disclosed in product literature, within industry allowable tolerances as set forth in standard, national industry protocols. This ten-year express warranty is the sole warranty extended and replaces any statutory warranties to the maximum extent allowable. Eleganza Tiles shall not be responsible for any damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of climate, job site conditions, architectural and engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism, accident, nor defective or improper workmanship by the installer or any laborer, nor any other damage or injury not solely and directly caused by defects in products covered by this warranty. Eleganza Tiles makes no express or implied warranty including, without limitation, the warranties of Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or from any other of dealing or trade usage regarding the product.
No warranty whatsoever is made in regards to material produced or provided by other manufacturers. Eleganza Tiles sole responsibility and liability under this warranty shall be to repair or replace product only, Labor charges are expressly excluded from this warranty, at Eleganza Tiles option, the products shown to be defective, during the warranty period. Eleganza Tiles Crystal Stone 2.0. shall have no liability for any other loss, expense or damage, as a result of the installation of Crystal Stone 2.0. Under no circumstances shall Eleganza Tiles be liable for indirect, punitive, consequential, special or any other similar damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption or any other loss. Labor charges are expressly excluded from this warranty.
